- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 → Arrives in 5-8 days
- International shipping → Estimated 7-10+ days (varies by location)

At MyAleph, we move fast—orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after full payment is received. Please note that incomplete payments may delay shipment.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we can’t guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for delays. Most orders ship by the estimated date in your Order Confirmation, and if no date is provided, we commit to delivery within 30 days (excluding pre-orders or exceptional circumstances).
Once your order ships, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 to designated addresses within the United States, making it easy to get your MyAleph pieces delivered hassle-free.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on international orders, including any applicable taxes, duties, processing, and brokerage fees.

Promptly report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or deliveries exceeding 30 business days by contacting customer service at info@myaleph.com.
All MyAleph orders are shipped via independent carriers, and once your package is handed over, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
If your package is lost in transit, we’re happy to assist in submitting a claim on your behalf as a courtesy. Our products are insured up to $200, but MyAleph is not responsible for lost packages and cannot cancel pending orders due to transit issues.
To file a claim, submit your request here. Claims typically take 10-14 business days (excluding holidays) and are subject to the carrier’s processing timeline. We recommend actively following up on your claim to help speed up the process. Once approved, we’ll process your refund promptly.
