We do our best to get your order out the door within 1-3 business days, because we know you can’t wait to receive your MyAleph pieces. While we aim for speed, shipping may take a little longer during peak seasons.
Shipping:
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 → Arrives in 5-8 days
- International shipping → Estimated 7-10+ days (varies by location)

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 to addresses within the United States via standard shipping.
If you'd like your order sooner, priority shipping is also available at checkout.
Please note: priority rates are at the customer’s expense and will be calculated based on your shipping address.
Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs, including taxes, duties, and processing fees.
At this time, returns and refunds are only available for U.S. orders.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after full payment is received.
If no estimated delivery date is provided, we commit to shipping within 30 days (excluding pre-orders or special cases).

We’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier as a courtesy. Orders are insured up to $200. Email us at info@myaleph.com.
Please note: lost packages do not make MyAleph responsible for damages or cancel pending orders. Claims must be submitted through the carrier and typically take 10–14 business days.
