Your orders are handled promptly at MyAleph. Once we receive your full payment, we aim to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days. Following fulfillment, your package will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please note that failure to complete payment may lead to delays or refusal of dispatch.
While we strive for timely deliveries, MyAleph cannot be held liable for damages resulting from late deliveries, nor can we permit cancellation of orders due to delays.
Orders are typically fulfilled by the delivery date specified in your Order Confirmation. If no specific date is provided, we commit to delivering within 30 days, barring exceptional circumstances or pre-orders.
Upon acceptance of your order, you will receive an email containing your Order Confirmation, along with a tracking number. This confirmation will include comprehensive details about your dispatched product(s), including the final price, which encompasses taxes and handling charges.

We offer free shipping to designated addresses within the United States for your ordered Product(s).
Customers are required to cover all shipping costs related to international orders, including any associated fees and duties.

Promptly report any delivery issues, discrepancies, or deliveries exceeding 30 business days by contacting customer service at info@myaleph.com.
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, MyAleph. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when MyAleph delivers these items to the carrier.
If your package gets lost in transit, we will be happy to help you submit a claim to the carrier on your behalf, as a courtesy. Please contact our customer service by emailing info@myaleph.com.
Our products are insured up to $200.00. However, please note that the loss of a package during transit does not render MyAleph accountable for the payment of damages, nor permit the cancellation in whole or in part of pending Orders.
All lost packages must go through a claim process. You can submit your claim here. This process typically takes 10-14 business days (excluding holidays) and is dependent on the claim carrier's procedures and promptness in providing the required information.
We recommend following up regularly on the claim status, in addition to our efforts. Your proactive involvement can expedite the process. Once the claim is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.
