Shipping Policy

Welcome to MyAleph and our Shipping Policy (collectively, the “Shipping Policy”). The Site is owned and operated by Aleph Jewelry LLC, our subsidiaries or affiliates (herein referred to as “MyAleph,” “we,” “us” or “our”). This Agreement is important and contains terms and conditions that govern the shipping of products purchased on www.MyAleph.com (the “Site”).  Because such terms affect your legal rights, please read them carefully. The Site may be used only for informational and online shopping purposes.  By accessing or using the Site pursuant to which we offer products for purchase (the “Products”) (collectively, with the Site, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Shipping Policy and all other terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to abide by any of the terms herein, in any manner, do not use the Site, including but not limited to, uploading, or downloading information or material onto the Site and/or making any purchases on the Site.  

 

1. Shipping and Delivery

1.1 All Orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched and which contains the relevant tracking number (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation will also list each Product being dispatched and the final price (inclusive of taxes and handling charges). My Aleph will ship your Product(s) to the designated address for free, provided that the designated address is in the United States. However, in case you would like to return the Product(s) to us, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Product(s). Please read our Refunds and Return Policy for more information.

1.2 The purchased Products will be shipped out only after we receive your payment in full. If we do not receive your payment in full, we can delay or refuse dispatching the Products without liability to you.

1.3 MyAleph reserves the right to use its preferred carrier. All Products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with or controlled by MyAleph. Delivery dates are indicated as accurately as possible but are subject to variations due to availability and transportation methods.  Late deliveries or loss of a package during transit do not render MyAleph accountable for the payment of damages, nor permit the cancellation in whole or in part of pending Orders. However, should your package get lost in transit, our support team will guide you through the process of filing a claim to the carrier. Please note that our help is only a courtesy and cannot guarantee that you will be refunded/reimbursed by the carrier. The claim can be made here and the process may take more than 14 days before the final decision. 

1.4 Your Order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances and except in the case of pre-orders.

1.5 Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding thirty (30) business days from the shipment date or any discrepancy between ordered and delivered products should be promptly reported to customer service by emailing info@myaleph.com.

1.6 The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time MyAleph delivers the Product(s) to the carrier. Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you upon reception of the Product(s) by the carrier, provided that full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received. 

1.7 Each Product is insured against loss during transit up to Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Please contact our customer service by emailing info@myaleph.com,  if you want to have more information or if you would like us to submit a claim on your behalf as mentioned in Section 1.3. 

2. Custom

You may decide to ship a Product delivered in the United States to another country. Upon arrival in your Country, the Product(s) may be subject to Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.), which are the responsibility of the customer receiving the order. These fees are not under our control and we do not pay for any custom fees or cannot be held liable if you fail to pay those fees. We do not assume responsibility for any import costs that might be payable when goods cross borders, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees. For this reason, we recommend you verify with your local Customs office before you place an order. We are unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please contact your local authorities or Customs office for detailed information.

Returns and Exchanges.

Returns are accepted on all items except for those marked 'Final Sale' and gift cards. We accept returns & exchanges on products if requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving your Order.

*Please note: Currently, we’re only able to process returns and refunds for orders within the United States. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any other questions you might have.

Except for gift cards and products designated as 'final sale', we accept products for return or exchange if requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).

All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team prior to processing. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure it meets our policy requirements and is only finalized once verified and confirmed.

All items are subject to a quality assurance inspection. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted. MyAleph retains the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re happy to assist. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process.

How to Start Your Return:

  1. Email us at info@myaleph.com with your contact information and order number.
  2. Attach a clear product photo and include a brief description of your reason for return, exchange, or refund.
  3. Please wait for our team to review your request and provide written approval before proceeding. All return or exchange requests must be approved in advance—submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If an item is returned without prior approval, it will be shipped back to you free of charge as a one-time courtesy.
  4. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and next steps.
  5. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all items that came with your order (wristlet card, jewelry box, or any included accessories). Products must be in new and unused condition, or in the condition received if damaged during delivery.
  6. Send us the tracking number once your return is on its way so we can monitor its arrival.
  7. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund right away. Please note that refund timing depends on your bank—each one is different, but you can generally expect it to take 1–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Exchanges depend on availability and can only be done once.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll typically ship the replacement within 1-3 business days.
  • You'll get an email with your new order details. Standard shipping rules apply for returns.


Keep in mind:

  • All exchanges must be submitted for approval prior to processing. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval—each request is reviewed individually.
  • Exchange items must be in their original packaging with any accessories, warranty, or authenticity cards included. Include any free items you received with your order.
  • Products must be unused or, if damaged during delivery, in the condition they arrived in.

Once your returned products are received, we'll swiftly initiate the refund process. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Please keep in mind that any discounts applied during your purchase will be factored into your refund, reflecting the actual amount you paid. It's important to note that reimbursement timelines may vary depending on your bank's policies.

Yes, you can change the shipping address by contacting us at info@myaleph.com or updating your address in your Account.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, MyAleph. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when MyAleph delivers these items to the carrier.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will be happy to help you submit a claim to the carrier on your behalf, as a courtesy. Please contact our customer service by emailing info@myaleph.com.

All lost packages must go through a claim process. You can submit your claim here. This process typically takes 10-14 business days (excluding holidays) and is dependent on the claim carrier's procedures and promptness in providing the required information.

We recommend following up regularly on the claim status, in addition to our efforts. Your proactive involvement can expedite the process. Once the claim is approved, the refund will be processed promptly.
