International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If customs or duties are not paid, the carrier may refuse delivery and return the package to us.

At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.

If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs or duties, we may issue a refund once the package is received back. Return shipping and handling costs will be deducted, as the return is the result of a failed delivery and not a product issue. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Send us the tracking number once your return is on its way so we can monitor its arrival.
6. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund right away. Please note that refund timing depends on your bank—each one is different, but you can generally expect it to take 1-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
