Returns & Exchanges Policy

Welcome to MyAleph and our Return & Refund Policy (collectively, the “Policy”). The Site is owned and operated by Aleph Jewelry LLC, our subsidiaries or affiliates (herein referred to as “MyAleph,” “we,” “us” or “our”). This Policy is important and contains terms and conditions that govern the return, exchanges, and refund policy of MyAleph. Because such terms affect your legal rights, please read them carefully. The Site may be used only for informational and online shopping purposes.  By accessing or using the Site pursuant to which we offer products for purchase (the “Products”) (collectively, with the Site, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the Policy in this Agreement and all other terms incorporated herein by reference, including our Terms of Sales and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by any of the terms of the Policy herein, in any manner, do not make any purchases on the Site.

Returns and Exchanges.

1.1 Except for gift cards, and store-specific Products designated as final sales, we accept Products for returns and exchanges if requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving the Order (in its entirety). All returns and exchanges must include a printed copy of the invoice received by email and all purchased Products must be returned with security tags unremoved in the original packaging along with all accessories, warranty /authenticity card where applicable, and any free items sent as part of the Order.  Product(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging and/or, if damaged during delivery, in the condition received.

To return or exchange your Product(s), please email us at info@myaleph.com 
with your name, address, order number and the Product(s) you would like to exchange or return or click HERE. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us. Such failure to give written notice shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of Products and an admission that they fully comply with all the terms, conditions, and specifications in this Agreement and with our Terms of Use and Terms of Sales.  Only Products originally shipped from MyAleph and not designated as Final Sale may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the conditions set forth herein. By requesting the return of a Product, you certify that the Products were purchased from the Site and there has been no substitution of the Product from another supplier, distributor or other source of the Product. 

2.2 Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted. 

2.3 Upon receiving the returned Product(s) from you, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment; however, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Product(s). If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid. 

2.4 If you wish to exchange your Product and once your exchange request has been submitted, you will need to return the Product you would like to exchange following the instructions above detailed in paragraph 1.1.

2.5 All exchanges are subject to the availability of the new Product requested. Products may be exchanged only once.

2.6 Your replacement Product will typically be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original Order within three to five (3 to 5) business days after your returned Product has been received and processed. You will then receive a separate e-mail with the new Order information and tracking number for the exchange Product. Your new Product will be shipped using the complimentary Standard Shipping method. It will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order. You may request to send the replacement Product to a different shipping address by emailing info@myaleph.com or changing your current address in your Account.
