Returns and Exchanges.
Returns are accepted on all items except for those marked 'Final Sale' and gift cards. We accept returns & exchanges on products if requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving your Order.
*Please note: Currently, we’re only able to process returns and refunds for orders within the United States. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any other questions you might have.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible.
All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
1. Email us at info@myaleph.com with:
• Order number
• Clear photo of the item
• Reason for return
2. Wait for written approval before sending anything back.
3. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and next steps. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
To request an exchange, follow the return steps in “How can I start a return?”
What to know:
• Exchanges are based on availability and can be done once
• Replacements ship 1–3 business days after we receive your return
• You’ll get a new order confirmation email
• Standard shipping applies
Reminders:
• Exchange requests must be approved first
• Items must be unused and in original packaging with all included items
• If damaged on arrival, return in delivered condition
Once we receive your return and complete inspection, refunds are processed in 3–5 business days to your original form of payment.
Please note, any discounts used will reflect in the final refund.
If your item arrived damaged or became faulty within 14–30 days of delivery, we’re here to help.

• Your order number
• Photo of the issue
• Short description
• Tracking number once item is shipped
We’ll review your request and let you know if it qualifies for a replacement. If approved, we’ll begin the process once we receive the returned item.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. All replacements are final.
Replacements are our standard resolution. Refunds for damaged items are reviewed case by case.
We do not offer return labels. All return, exchange, and replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, you can change the shipping address by contacting us at info@myaleph.com or updating your address in your Account.
We’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier as a courtesy. Orders are insured up to $200. Email us at info@myaleph.com.
Please note: lost packages do not make MyAleph responsible for damages or cancel pending orders.
Claims must be submitted through the carrier and typically take 10–14 business days.
Submit your claim here and check your claim status regularly to help move things along.
Once approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
