Handle with Care: While our phone straps are designed for daily use, they are made with precious and semi-precious stones that can be delicate. Handle your strap gently to prevent any damage to the beads and metal components.

Avoid Chemicals: Keep your phone strap away from harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, perfumes, and beauty products. These substances can deteriorate the beads and tarnish the metal, affecting the overall appearance of your accessory.

Don’t Immerse: To maintain the integrity of your phone strap, avoid immersing it in water. Prolonged exposure to water can damage the beads and cause the metal components to tarnish over time.

Cleaning Ritual: To clean your strap, use warm soapy water and rinse with your hands. We suggest avoiding brushes or scrubs that could damage the integrity of the strap.

Usage Disclaimer: Our straps are meticulously crafted with semi-precious stones and durable soft flex wire, combining strength and elegance. While remarkably durable, they are not inherently flexible. Click here for more information.

MyAleph straps are designed to accommodate phones with cases. Here is are two methods on how to attach your MyAleph wristlet or crossbody.

Attachment Card Method

1. Slide Attachment Card: Begin by sliding the attachment card through the charging port opening on your phone case. Ensure that the card is inserted securely and aligns properly with the port.
2. Insert Your Phone: Gently place your phone into the case, making sure the attachment card is properly positioned beneath the phone. Don't worry, this attachment won't interfere with your phone's functionality, including charging.
3. Attach the Wristlet or Crossbody: Connect the straps by passing the wristlet or crossbody strap's attachment ring through the loop. This will firmly connect the strap to the case

String Attachment Method

1. Pass Through String: For an alternative attachment method, use the string provided. Pass one end of the string through the volume hole of your phone case.
2. Loop and Secure: Once the string is through the volume hole, create a loop by passing the other end of the string through the first end. This loop acts as a secure anchor point for the attachment.
3. Attach Wristlet or Crossbody: After creating the loop, pass the wristlet or crossbody strap's attachment ring through the loop. This will firmly connect the strap to the case via the string loop.
